About This Role

We are seeking a dedicated Account Manager to foster long-term relationships with our dental lab clients and drive retention and growth.

Join our customer success team and become the trusted advisor for dental laboratories using our platform. You'll ensure client satisfaction while identifying opportunities for account expansion and platform optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage portfolio of dental lab accounts and maintain strong relationships
  • Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with clients
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Resolve client issues and coordinate with technical teams
  • Monitor account health metrics and renewal probability
  • Collaborate with product team to relay customer feedback
  • Develop and execute account growth strategies

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of account management or customer success experience
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Experience with B2B SaaS or healthcare technology
  • Proven track record of meeting retention and growth targets
  • Familiarity with dental industry operations is a plus
