About This Role

We are hiring an Onboarding Specialist to guide new customers through the setup and adoption of our dental lab platform. You will ensure a smooth transition from signup to active, satisfied user.

As the first point of contact for new customers, you'll play a crucial role in setting the foundation for long-term customer success and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead customers through the onboarding process from first login to go-live
  • Deliver product training via video calls and interactive sessions
  • Assist customers in configuring the platform for their workflows
  • Document best practices and create onboarding guides
  • Act as the first point of contact for early-stage support questions
  • Track onboarding progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with customer success team to ensure smooth handoffs

Qualifications

  • 2+ years in customer onboarding, support, or training
  • Experience working with SaaS platforms
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work with both technical and non-technical users
  • Patient and empathetic approach to customer interactions
