1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using LinksHub ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

LinksHub is a cloud-based dental laboratory management platform that provides:

• Case management and tracking
• Doctor portal and communication tools
• Inventory management
• Financial reporting and invoicing
• Team management and collaboration features

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Upload malicious code or viruses
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use the Service for any unlawful or prohibited purpose

5. Subscription and Payment

Billing

Some features of the Service are provided on a subscription basis. You agree to pay all applicable fees as described on our pricing page.

Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial, you will be charged the applicable subscription fee unless you cancel.

Refunds

Refunds are available within 30 days of payment for annual subscriptions. Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Links Technologies and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you upload to the Service, but grant us a license to use, store, and process such content as necessary to provide the Service.

7. Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our Service.

You are responsible for ensuring that any data you upload to the Service complies with applicable privacy laws and regulations, including HIPAA where applicable.

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service, but we cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We may:

• Perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice
• Temporarily suspend service for security reasons
• Update or modify the Service at any time

We target 99.9% uptime and will provide service credits for extended outages as outlined in our Service Level Agreement.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LINKS TECHNOLOGIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER ECONOMIC ADVANTAGES.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Links Technologies from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time:

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• We may terminate your account for violation of these Terms
• We may discontinue the Service with 30 days' notice

Upon termination, you will have 30 days to export your data before it is permanently deleted.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

The arbitration shall take place in San Francisco, California, and shall be conducted in English.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
